Oral ranula (14)

Young woman. She suffered from salivary stone; sialolithiasis for two years. Then, she had surgery, removal of stone from mouth. After that, her right oral floor was swollen.
Salivary sone usually exists in Warthon's duct. And, sablingual grand exists around Warthon's duct. So, sometimes sublingual gland is injured by surgery.

1 KE of OK-432 was injected without aspiration. The nex day, ranula was swollen and reddened. This was good response. But, a few daya after, her ranula was raptured and became reswollen.
Then, the second OK-432 injection was performed 6 weeks after the first injection. 6 weeks after the second OK-432 therapy, her ranula was markedly decreased.
